This information is collected within legal rights as an authorized business, and we use safeguards to help protect against unauthorized access and disclosure of client information. Employees receive continuous training in properly collecting and safeguarding all client personal identifiable information. The client's information is not shared with any third parties unless authorized by the client. As we strive to keep information safeguarded, we do not guarantee our safeguards will prevent attempts to access and disclose client information. Submission of information is under the rights and responsibility of the client, and the client can not hold FWL and all its subsidiaries, agents, employees, partners, etc liable for malicious digital attacks on personal information.
