The real estate industry can be demanding. Real Estate Professionals sometimes need a helping hand in day-to-day tasks. We offer non-brokerage consulting services to support agents and investors who need added horsepower with clients, listings, and transactions. 

After the devastating loss of real estate during Hurricane Katrina and a challenging home-buying process, we expanded our support to include real estate education. 

We provide basic real estate knowledge to uninformed communities on the fundamental steps to purchasing and leasing real estate, and identifying fiduciary and transactional "red flags" during their real estate purchase journey. Individuals are equipped to make informed decisions and mitigate the risks of receiving subpar representation during their transactions.

High School students are provided with real estate careers knowledge. Afterwards, they are coached through the steps of entering the industry.

Through engaging workshops, we teach individuals of all ages about credit management, banking & budgeting, and the importance of building a strong financial foundation for their future. 

Our "Wisers Advocacy" is designed to educate "Wisers" (60+) in identifying, resolving, and preventing elder-targeted financial scams.
