REAL ESTATE EDUCATION

After the devastating loss of real estate during Hurricane Katrina and a challenging home-buying process, we expanded our support to include real estate education.

We provide basic real estate knowledge to uninformed communities on the fundamental steps to purchasing and leasing real estate, and identifying fiduciary and transactional "red flags" during their real estate purchase journey. Individuals are equipped to make informed decisions and mitigate the risks of receiving subpar representation during their transactions.

High School students are provided with real estate careers knowledge. Afterwards, they are coached through the steps of entering the industry.

FIANCIAL LITERACY & ADVOCACY

With 20+ years of experience in Finance, we provide engaging workshops to teach individuals of all ages about financial safety, credit management, banking & budgeting, and the importance of building a strong financial foundation for their future.

Our "Wiser Education" is specifically designed to assist our "Wisers" (60+) through the perils of recognizing and resolving financial complications related to financial abuse, scams, and banking technology awareness. We provide compassionate patience to ensure our Wisers are financially safeguarded.
