FWL Live Scan & Fingerprinting Services is your one-stop solution for all your CalDOJ and FBI fingerprinting needs. Our Live Scan & Fingerprinting Services are accurate and affordable. Our state-of-the-art technology enables us to capture fingerprints correctly the first time. If the government entity rejects the Live Scan transmission due to fingerprint quality, we will schedule another live scan for resubmission, for free!

Our mobile fingerprint operators can perform live scans at your desired location. The mobile cost is $35 per applicant. If you have 7 or more applicants needing Livescan, we offer a discounted rate for large groups. Contact us with the details of your event.

To obtain your live scan status, you will need:

Your date of birth (DOB)
The 10-digit Automated Transaction Identifier (ATI) is located at the bottom of the Live Scan Applicant Request form.

Does FWL provide the live scan form?

To ensure you have the correct form, FWL will direct you to obtain the proper form from the requesting agency.

What if my status displays "COMPLETED" but the agency does not have my results?

Contact the requesting agency for further investigation with CaDOJ and FBI.**

My live scan was rejected, can I go to another fingerprinting agency?

FWL highly recommends returning to us to perform a free resubmission. While any location can perform a resubmission, you may be charged a new rolling fee.

What happens if I used the wrong form, or I incorrectly completed my form and it was submitted?

Once submitted to the DOJ & FBI, we cannot correct nor change any information. Contact the requesting agency to obtain further instructions.

What is your travel fee?

As we service a variety of clients ranging from private to non-profit, please call to discuss the travel fee most suitable for your event.
