Does FWL provide the live scan form?
To ensure you have the correct form, FWL will direct you to obtain the proper form from the requesting agency.
What if my status displays "COMPLETED" but the agency does not have my results?
Contact the requesting agency for further investigation with CaDOJ and FBI.**
My live scan was rejected, can I go to another fingerprinting agency?
FWL highly recommends returning to us to perform a free resubmission. While any location can perform a resubmission, you may be charged a new rolling fee.
What happens if I used the wrong form, or I incorrectly completed my form and it was submitted?
Once submitted to the DOJ & FBI, we cannot correct nor change any information. Contact the requesting agency to obtain further instructions.
